How is the vegan hyaluronic acid in the products created?

Our process involves fermenting yeast proteins. This fermentation occurs bacterially. Fermentation refers to the production of hyaluronic acid from starch, such as wheat, by a natural bacterium (Streptococcus zooepidemicus).
After this process, the extracted hyaluronic acid is purified by multiple filtering - this is how vegan hyaluronic acid is created.
